How this kitchen works

Six rules,
never bent.

The same six every day, for sixteen years. They are why the food tastes the way it does.

What the kitchen
would order.

Four dishes that explain Loving Café better than a long speech ever could.

How it began

It started in a
condo kitchen.

Two people cooked vegan food at home for whoever wanted to come. Friends brought friends, and one evening there were more people than chairs. The kitchen is bigger now; the principle is the same.

“We do not argue the case for good food. We cook it, and let the plate speak.”

Made under this roof

Buns, scoops and
small obsessions.

What most cafés buy in, this kitchen makes.
